Learn from the experts on how to operate Zoom for your virtual classroom...
Pinnacle teachers share their experiences and tips for setting up virtual office hours:
One teacher opened up virtual office hours to all of their students, first using Zoom and Tencent Meeting. They used a 'book-centered' office hour structure because it allowed the teacher to guide student conversation, beginning with "The Secret Garden". This teacher also had an instant message group for their office hours to let students know across campus when the hours were happening, to provide updates, and to post the meeting code.
One teacher uses the Breakout Rooms feature in Zoom to conduct their office hours and facilitate student discussion in small groups.
